The cost of postage, packaging and the applicable local taxes (TVA) will be added to your order total automatically. These costs are calculated by shipping weight and vary according to which method of delivery you select and the region to which the order is delivered.
The least expensive method of shipping is selected by default, including insurance where applicable to cover the value of your order; alternative methods of shipping may be selected unless the weight limit for that method is exceeded.

The basic postal means is Priority Letter, up to 3 kg, with charges in euros as follows:

Lettre Max
Packages within France can be sent by for delivery by Courrier Prioritaire, however, such packages have set size formats and are restricted to specified weights, but do have insurance against loss or damage. Go to www.laposte.fr for more details.

Colissimo
The basic postal means for most packages is Colissimo. The base cost tables for France and International are shown below, however, insurance against loss or damage to cover the value of the order will be added to these base prices. The Colissimo package may be tracked online and should arrive within 48 hrs in France, 96 hrs for the rest of the world. Go to www.colissimo.fr for more details.

Chronopost
Chronopost is the express courier, door-to-door, service, providing delivery within 13 hrs for France or 1 –3 days internationally. There are a great number of options and variables but the costs quoted automatically on this site generally include the most preferred, plus insurance and TVA (local taxes) where appropriate; the actual costs may be slightly lower. Despatch and Delivery
Your order will be despatched within 5 working days of receipt of your order, however, we will always try to despatch the following day. Should an item be out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery schedule. Please note that some packages may require your signature for delivery; it may be convenient to request an alternative delivery address to ensure delivery can be made.
Returns
As part of our service and out of respect for our customers, and in accordance to the rules of the Professional Code and the Quality Charter of the Fédération des Entreprises de Vente à Distance (Union of Distance-Selling Firms), you benefit from the right to return goods. Whatever may be the reason, you can return an article within 7 days of receipt of the parcel.
There must be prior approval by Laine & Co before any product is returned. Any returned product must be in perfect condition, in its original wrapping on which nothing has been written and showing no trace of wear or tear. All accessories (cables, leaflets, media, etc.) must be returned with the product. When the return concerns articles sold in a batch or set, for example for special operations, there shall be grouped return of all the articles.
If you consider any delivered goods to be faulty or damaged, please contact Laine & Co with details of the problem so that we can try to resolve the situation before you return the item.

The costs of postage and return are payable by you. It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage because if the returned article is lost or damaged during shipping, all costs will be borne by you.
Warning: this guarantee does not apply to immediately reproducible products: books, magazines, leaflets and kits (embroideries, quilting, patchwork, etc.) shall not be taken back or exchanged. Promotional articles shall not be taken back or exchanged. Any articles that have been cut (patchwork fabrics, canvases for embroidery, strips for embroidery, etc.) shall not be taken back or exchanged.
A return shall lead to an exchange or the issue of a purchase voucher valid 4 months for the value of the returned article.
